All package holders will receive a discount code (depending on the purchased package) for entries.

❗️Deadline for acquiring packages: 15th of March, 2025 (within the availability limit).
❗️If you register and pay packages early (until 31st of December) you will receive the best price rate.
❗️For extra nights at the competition hotel please contact us at contact@romaniangrandgala.ro for the best price rates. We can extend your stay within the hotel availability limit.
❗️The organizer cannot be held responsible for personal charges made at the hotel. The hotel will require to guarantee payments of all personal room charges with a credit card or cash deposit upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation occurring 0 to 30 Days prior to arrival, no amount will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation occurring 31 to 90 Days prior to arrival, 30% of the amount will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation occurring 91 to 180 Days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation occurring 181 to 365 Days prior to arrival, 90% of the amount will be refunded.
